Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Hindi language and literature lessons for secondary and senior secondary grades.
Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, assignments, and periodic evaluations.
Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and conduct remedial classes as required.
Maintain classroom decorum and create a supportive learning environment.
Organize co-curricular activities related to Hindi language and culture (e.g., debate, essay writing, Hindi Diwas events).
Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), and institutional training programs.
Qualification Requirements
Education: Master’s Degree in Hindi (M.A. Hindi) from a recognized university.
Professional Qualification: B.Ed.
in Hindi teaching methodology.
Experience: Minimum 1 years of teaching experience in a CBSE, ICSE, or State Board institution (Freshers with robust subject command may apply).
Key Skills & Competencies
Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in Hindi.
Robust classroom management and student engagement abilities.
Basic knowledge of educational technology and digital classroom tools.
Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
