We are looking for a dynamic, responsible and experienced HR qualified to manage our human resource operations and support the company's growth.
Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.
Manage employee attendance, leave records and HR documentation.
Handle payroll coordination, salary processing and employee records.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and company rules.
Manage employee engagement, performance management and grievance handling.
Coordinate employee training and development activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee personal files, offer letters,
appointment letters and other HR documents.
Handle employee exit formalities, full and final settlements and exit interviews.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Valuable knowledge of payroll, attendance management and labour law compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related documentation.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
