Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions such as ,,Technicians, Electricians, and Supervisors.
Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals and field recruitment.
Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower requirements and fulfil vacancies within the given timeline.
Conduct initial screening, interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
Organise walk-in interviews, job fairs and local recruitment drives.
Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
Coordinate document collection, salary negotiation and offer confirmation.
Ensure candidates join on the committed date and support the onboarding process.
Track daily joining, absenteeism and replacement requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
