Role
Technical lead for EV charging controller firmware team, up to 10 years’ experience, technical delivery focused role/no people management, owns firmware quality, architecture and end-to-end delivery, get hands-on when required

Key Responsibilities
Own firmware architecture covering Embedded Linux RTOS, BSP, device drivers, controller application, communication interfaces, diagnostics and system integration
Review and challenge software designs, source code, test coverage and implementation approaches
Drive technical quality, reliability, maintainability and overall engineering standards
Provide technical guidance through design reviews, debugging and problem solving
Establish best practices in modular design, version control, documentation, testing, validation and release management
Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, system/integration teams and external stakeholders as needed.
Lead resolution of complex technical issues and root-cause investigations




Own firmware roadmap, continuous improvements, field validation and production releases

Desired Skills · Solid embedded firmware development experience; Having worked with ARM based controllers would be excellent

· Robust C/C++ programming skills; Experience with Embedded Linux and/or RTOS

· Linux internals, BSP and device driver development

· Hardware bring-up and hardware-software integration experience

· Any experience working in EV charging/ IoT – cloud connected system would be a pre.

· System integration, debugging and root-cause analysis

· Ability to work across system architecture, detailed design and implementation

· Strong technical leadership and mentoring capability

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
