Role & responsibilities :
Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines, ensuring validation of attendance, leave, and overtime data prior to payroll closure
Independently handle end-to-end payroll processing (gross-to-net) within the payroll system for 2000+ employees
Coordinate with factory HR teams to resolve payroll inputs, discrepancies, and employee payroll-related queries in a timely manner
Ensure accurate processing of full & final settlements, joins, exits, promotions, and compensation changes, maintaining payroll data integrity
Ensure correct calculation and statutory compliance of PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, LWF, and payroll-related TDS, in line with labour codes applicable to wages and overtime
Work hands-on on HRMS and payroll systems to manage leave, attendance, payroll processing, and employee lifecycle transactions
Generate payroll MIS, reconciliations, headcount movement reports, and workforce summaries,



demonstrating robust Excel skills and large data handling capability
Support annual payroll processes such as increments, bonus calculations, and revisions, while ensuring data confidentiality and audit readiness
Perform payroll audits, variance analysis, and statutory reconciliations on a regular basis

Preferred candidate profile
Female candidate for the Payroll & HR Operations team.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate / Factory HR.
Excellent knowledge of Indian Payroll Processing and statutory compliances.
Strong hands-on proficiency in MS Excel, MIS and HR reporting.
End-to-end experience across the Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle.
Sound understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Robust analytical, coordination and communication skills.
