Job OverviewBajaj Capital is hiring male candidates for the position of Inside Sales Executive at its Hebbal branch. This is a fully office-based role involving customer interaction, lead generation, follow-ups, and sales of financial products.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain the company's financial products and services.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Eligibility CriteriaGender:



Male candidates only
Qualification: PUC and above
Age: 19–35 years
Language: Kannada is mandatory.
Work Type: Fully Work from Office (WFO)
Salary & BenefitsTake-Home Salary: ₹18,000 per month
CTC: Up to ₹27,000 per month
