Role Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join us for a 3-month internship. There is no fixed stipend. Instead, you earn a closure-based incentive for every candidate you successfully close. You can work fully remote, or from our Bengaluru office if you prefer.

What You Will Do
Source and screen candidates on LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates through offer and joining to drive closures
Maintain candidate trackers and applicant records
Help write job descriptions and recruitment outreach messages
Research talent markets and compile hiring insights for clients

Who Should Apply
Students or recent graduates in HR, MBA,



BBA, Psychology or related fields
Solid written and spoken English
Organised, curious and comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel
Motivated by results and comfortable with incentive-based earnings
Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition or people operations
Available for 3 months
