Negotiate bulk price, MOQ and lead time across all suppliers across globe.
Manage fabric quality issues and claims with QA and suppliers.
Track fabric liability, excess and leftover stock; drive reuse and liquidation.
Report fabric OTD, cost and risk to the DGM and production planning.
Payment and Reconciliation with the suppliers.
