Core Responsibilities
Design 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.
Develop welding jigs, fixtures, mandrels, holding chucks, and tooling for the Existing SPMs.
Create and maintain
Manufacturing drawings
Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Engineering documentation
Analyse components and develop practical fixture solutions.
Coordinate with in house end users to ensure design feasibility.
Provide technical support to manufacturing teams.
Must-Have Skills
SolidWorks proficiency
Experience in Welding Jig & Fixture, Mandrels Design
Manufacturing drawing preparation and documentation control
