Understand hiring requirements from business requirement.
Source profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.




Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate onboarding activities and joining formalities.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
