Non-Voice Process: Up to 3.5 LPA
Semi-Voice Process: Up to 4 LPA
International voice process: Up to 3.7 LPA (Graduation mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
Handle international customer queries through email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
Maintain skilled communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
For semi-voice roles, handle customer interactions through a combination of voice and non-voice channels.




Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: 10+2 / Intermediate / Any Graduation.
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Candidates must have a clean employment background with no absconding history.
Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to process requirements.
