Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end international recruitment for overseas clients.
Source candidates for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled positions.
Recruit for GCC countries, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with international clients.
Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, medicals, and deployment coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve monthly hiring targets.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of recruitment experience.
International/GCC recruitment experience preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of overseas hiring processes.
Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
