Maintenance Department

Maintenance Head
Experience: 8–10 years
Industry: Pharmaceutical industry experience mandatory
Location: Panchkula / Haripur, Ranipur
Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities
Manage overall plant maintenance activities and ensure smooth functioning of machinery, equipment, and utilities.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
Supervise and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards (cGMP, FDA, etc.) and internal SOPs.
Coordinate with production and quality departments to align maintenance activities with operational goals.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and vendor management.

Requirements
8–10 years of maintenance experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
Robust technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with ISO, cGMP,



and safety regulations.

Junior Maintenance Staff / Technicians
Positions: Mechanical Technician / Fitter, Electrical Technician / Electrician, and Plumber
Industry: Pharmaceutical experience required
Location: Panchkula / Haripur, Ranipur
Salary: As per industry norms

Job Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of plant machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and utility equipment.
Support preventive maintenance activities as per scheduled timelines.
Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of equipment to maintain production efficiency and safety standards.
Report equipment malfunctions and suggest improvements for reliability and uptime.
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements
Relevant technical experience (preferably in pharmaceutical or fast-moving consumer goods industry).
Basic knowledge of maintenance, repair, and safety procedures.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
Robust sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork.
