Job Purpose To manage sourcing of candidates for the technology group by sourcing, screening, and assessing qualified candidates who meet the organizations cultural, technical and business requirements. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

A. Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Hirist, and qualified networks.
Identify suitable talent from IT services companies, product-based organizations, technology firms, consulting firms, and BFSI organizations.
Use Boolean search techniques, technical keywords, and targeted sourcing strategies to identify relevant candidates.

B. Technology Hiring Expertise Recruit for a range of technology positions, including:
Software Developers
Full Stack Developers
Cloud Engineers
DevOps Engineers
Data Engineers and Data Scientists
AI/ML Engineers
Cybersecurity Professionals




QA and Automation Test Engineers
IT Governance and Tech Operations
Business Analysts and Technology Project Managers
Infrastructure, Database, Network and Application Support Specialists

Required Skills and Competencies
Robust understanding of technology job descriptions, technical skills, and talent markets.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Hirist, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems.
Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification and Experience
Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in technology recruitment, preferably within banking, financial services, consulting, or IT services.
