Position : Mechanical Technician

Location : Jamnagar - Gujarat

Shift Timing: 8 Hours

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Job Type: ARC Contract (9 Months to 12 Months & Extendable)

Exp : Min 6 months - 2 years exp preferably in Automobile / Machining / Paint / Mechanical /Chemical industry exp.

Expereince of working in workshop is required.

Qualification : ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC, VMC, and SPM machines.
Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance of machine tools.
Maintenance of Spindle Assemblies, Ball Screws, and Linear Guideways (LM Guides).
Maintenance of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems.




Maintenance of Lubrication and Coolant Systems.
Maintenance of EOT, Electrical Hoists and Material Handling Systems.
Maintenance of Automation Equipment Like Robots, Conveyors, AGVs etc.
Machine Alignment, Levelling, and Precision Accuracy Checks.
Maintenance of Bearings, Couplings, Gearboxes, and Mechanical Transmission Systems.
Reading and interpretation of Mechanical Drawings, Assembly Drawings, and GA Drawings.
Knowledge of TPM, 5S, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Continuous Improvement.
Protected installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machine tools, including coordination with Electrical and Automation teams.
