Job Scope The MIS Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, managing, and reporting operational and management data. The role supports decision-making by ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis across teams.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Collect data from multiple sources (operations, tools, trackers, systems).
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.
Analyze trends, KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
Automate reports using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools where possible.
Maintain master trackers, databases, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
Support management reviews, audits, and compliance reporting.
Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by stakeholders.
Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to organizational policies.

Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.

Qualifications Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Management, Statistics, or a related field.

Certification Criteria

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) – Excel Associate / Expert

Microsoft Power BI (Additional)
