We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 90-day internship. This is a excellent prospect for someone who wants to gain practical experience in Human Resources, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Communicate with candidates through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
Assist with onboarding and other HR activities.
Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Help prepare HR reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
Learn and contribute to various HR processes.
Requirements
Students, freshers, or candidates interested in building a career in HR can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.
Must be available to work from the office at Bestech Business Center, Mohali.
Must be available from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
