Job Responsibilities
Assist in execution of pilot-scale production batches as per approved protocols and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
Manage equipment maintenance to ensure accuracy and consistency in production steps.
Perform loading and unloading of freeze dryers and Vacuum tray dryers following SOP
Maintain accurate documentation including Equipment logbooks and Production checklists
Assist in packaging and labelling of pilot batch materials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pilot production area. By following cleanroom practices and contamination control procedures.
Follow all laboratory safety protocols and company policies.
Work closely with R&D;, Quality, and Production teams during pilot batch execution.
Assist in process trials, optimization runs, and scale-up activities.

Skills Required
Positive understanding of pilot production or laboratory processes.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, documentation, data entry).
Ability to follow SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records accurately.
Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in controlled laboratory or cleanroom environments.
