We are looking for an experienced Mobile Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in either Android or iOS native development, along with exposure to cross-platform mobile frameworks.

While deep expertise in both native platforms is not mandatory, candidates who have worked with one native platform and cross-platform technologies will be preferred.

This role involves technical leadership, architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring scalable and high-performance mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile applications.
Build and maintain scalable mobile solutions across Android, iOS, or cross-platform frameworks.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Define best practices for mobile architecture, performance, security, and scalability.
Mentor and guide mobile developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards.
Ensure mobile applications meet performance, usability, and quality benchmarks.
Drive adoption of contemporary mobile development practices including CI/CD and automated testing.




Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and services efficiently.
9+ years of experience in mobile application development.
Robust expertise in either Android (Kotlin / Java) or iOS (Swift / Objective-C).
Experience working with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture).
Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
Solid knowledge of mobile performance optimization and debugging.
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.

Preferred Skills
Experience leading or mentoring mobile development teams.
Exposure to both native and cross-platform mobile ecosystems.
Experience publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
