Position: Medical Officer

Qualification: MBBS / BAMS or equivalent, as applicable

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and competent Medical Officer to provide medical care to patients, monitor their clinical condition, and support the hospital's emergency and inpatient services.

Key Responsibilities
Examine and assess patients and take detailed medical history.
Monitor patients' clinical condition and provide appropriate medical management.
Attend to Emergency and ICU patients as required.
Perform initial assessment and stabilization of emergency cases.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with consultants/specialists.
Conduct regular rounds of admitted patients and monitor their progress.
Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and documentation.
Review investigation reports and communicate relevant findings to the treating consultant.
Ensure timely implementation of doctors' orders and treatment plans.
Monitor vital signs and identify any deterioration in the patient's condition.
Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for effective patient care.




Ensure proper handover of patients and important clinical information between shifts.
Follow hospital policies, infection-control protocols, and patient-safety standards.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Prepare and maintain necessary clinical documentation, including admission, progress, and discharge-related records.
Provide appropriate first-line management and escalate cases to the concerned consultant whenever required.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Emergency, ICU, Ward, or Hospital/Clinical settings will be preferred.

Salary: Depends on qualification, experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
