Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of CRO, Kiln, and Coal Mill processes by monitoring and controlling various parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, etc.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures or downtime.
Collaborate with other teams to optimize process conditions for maximum productivity and quality.
Develop and maintain documentation related to process operations, including logs, reports, and records.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall plant performance.
