Job Summary

Shree Venkatesh Exim Corporation (Rajpuria Group) is looking for 2 responsible, punctual, hardworking, and well-mannered candidates for the position of Office Boy / Office Assistant.

The selected candidates will be responsible for providing general office support, maintaining office cleanliness, assisting with daily administrative activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to employees, guests, and visitors.
Keep office desks, meeting rooms, and common areas organised.
Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and basic document filing.
Deliver and collect documents and other office-related materials.
Assist in purchasing office stationery and other necessary supplies.
Ensure proper arrangement of office supplies and refreshments.




Assist with receiving and attending to office visitors.
Support employees with routine office-related tasks.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass.
12th Pass candidates will be preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Must be punctual, honest, disciplined, and hardworking.
Should have good personal hygiene and a neat appearance.
Must be responsible and capable of following instructions.
Basic communication skills are required.
Should have a positive attitude and willingness to work.

Salary & Perks
