A boiler-parts manufacturing company in Tiruchirappalli is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to run day-to-day plant operations. Immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and run daily production to meet output and delivery targets
Lead shop-floor supervisors and teams and allocate work across shifts
Track quality, wastage and machine utilisation and fix recurring issues
Coordinate with purchase, vendors and dispatch to keep material moving
Report operations performance to management and drive process improvements

What You Bring
Any graduate degree
Around 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations
Solid people-management and planning skills
Ability to join immediately

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
