Lodha Group is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Modelling Analyst to support real estate project feasibility, financial planning, and investment analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop financial models for real estate projects, including cash flows, revenue projections, and cost estimates.
Conduct project feasibility, profitability, IRR, ROI, and sensitivity analysis.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Prepare financial presentations and reports for management.
Analyse project performance and identify financial risks and prospects.
Required Skills:
Robust proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling.
Understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and real estate economics.
Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
