About the Role

The Marketing Executive will serve as the backbone of the marketing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and accurate reporting. This role requires a highly organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks, supporting marketing campaigns, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Administration & Coordination
Handle backend reporting and maintain accurate lead data management for campaigns and promotions.
Act as the primary point of contact for marketing vendors including printing agencies, creative teams, and flex/banner suppliers.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the marketing team and branch offices.
Maintain calendars, schedules, and documentation for marketing campaigns and events.
Campaign & Event Support




Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, activations, and pre-launch events.
Support preparation of marketing collaterals, presentations, and promotional materials.
Track marketing campaign performance metrics and report insights to the team.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and update databases for leads, client inquiries, and campaign results.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for marketing activities and budgets.
Ensure proper archiving of campaign files, vendor invoices, and marketing materials.
Team Support & Communication
Facilitate effective communication between marketing team members, branches, and external vendors.
Support the marketing team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
