Job Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers for solar products and services.
Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.
Explain solar solutions, pricing, and perks.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, and installations.
Required Experience & Skills
1–3 years of experience in field sales.
Candidates from Solar, Insurance, BFSI, Electronics, and Distributor/Distribution industries are preferred.
Solar or renewable energy sales experience will be an added advantage.
Positive communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-handling abilities.
Must be comfortable with field visits and target-based sales.
Must own a two-wheeler/self-vehicle for field sales activities.

Note: Candidates must be comfortable with field sales, local travel, and achieving monthly targets. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
