Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups- Resolve patient queries and complaints- Maintain accurate call recordsRequirements:- Any graduate; freshers welcome- Basic computer knowledge- Valuable Tamil and conversational English- Smartphone and internet connectionSalary: 8,000 to 10,000 per month, day shift, 6 days a week. Occasional training and team meetings may require travel to Chennai.
