Roles & Responsibilities:
Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors and physiotherapy centres to promote Vaishnavi Medicares rehabilitation services.
Build and maintain skilled relationships with orthopaedic doctors, neurologists, general physicians and hospital referral teams.
Generate patient admission leads for ortho rehabilitation, neuro rehabilitation and assisted living services.
Explain our inpatient facilities, treatment support, room options and care packages to doctors and families.
Identify recent referral opportunities and develop hospital tie-ups.
Conduct regular follow-ups with doctors and potential referral partners.
Maintain daily visit reports, lead records and admission conversion updates.
Achieve monthly targets for doctor visits, referrals and patient admissions.
