Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end gold loan transactions and customer service.
Conduct gold appraisal as per company policies.
Generate leads through BTL marketing, customer calling, and follow-ups.
Contact inactive and prospective customers to generate business.
Convert leads into customers and achieve business targets.
Ensure timely service, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company processes.
Required Skills:
Customer handling, sales, lead generation, gold appraisal, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
