Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in motors, engines and industrial equipment.
Perform regular servicing, maintenance and overhauling of motors.
Inspect mechanical components and identify damaged or defective parts.
Repair and replace bearings, shafts, gears, belts and other mechanical components.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain tools, equipment and workshop cleanliness.
Follow company safety procedures while performing repair and maintenance work.
Maintain service reports and records of completed jobs.
Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to ensure timely completion of work.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Service Manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Trade preferred.
3–6 years of experience as a Motor Mechanic.
Knowledge of motor repairing, fitting and maintenance.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems.
Knowledge of workshop tools and equipment.
Hardworking, disciplined and responsible.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
