Job Title Office Manager Location Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh Required Number 1 Qualification Any Degree( Preference for MBA's) The Office Manager to the Executive Director will manage the daily functioning of the Executive Director’s Office and provide administrative, coordination, communication, and operational support. Key responsibilities
Managing calendars and meetings, preparing agendas and Minutes of Meetings, coordinating with university departments, government officials, industry partners, and external stakeholders, and following up on significant decisions and action items.
The role also involves preparing official correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing notes, and maintaining accurate physical and digital records.

The Office

Manager will coordinate VIP visits, institutional events, official travel,



hospitality, and protocol arrangements.
The ideal candidate should be highly organised, proactive, trustworthy, mature, skilled, and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential.

Skills Required Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital documentation systems is required. The candidate must maintain confidentiality, demonstrate robust ownership, and ensure that the Executive Director’s Office operates efficiently, professionally, and smoothly.
