Role & responsibilities
Provide part time consulting and hands-on support for Oracle EBS and OCI environments.
Manage Oracle EBS application and database settings, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
Perform EBS installation, configuration, patching, cloning, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Design and implement OCI solutions for Oracle EBS and database workloads.
Plan and execute migrations from on-premises environments to OCI.
Manage OCI compute, storage, networking, IAM, and monitoring.
Implement and maintain backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
Optimize database performance and cloud infrastructure costs.
Automate routine administration tasks and maintain technical documentation.

Preferred candidate profile




10+ years of relevant experience with solid hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS DBA and OCI architecture.
Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2, Oracle Database 19c, and ADOP online patching.
Strong knowledge of RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, and WebLogic.
Proven experience designing OCI architecture and migrating Oracle workloads to OCI.
Proficiency in Linux administration, shell scripting, and production troubleshooting.
Understanding of cloud networking, security, and access management.
Solid problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle Database or OCI Architect certifications and Terraform experience are preferred.
