Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream.
A degree in Education is a must.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an MYP Coordinator is required for this position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, implementation and development of the MYP curriculum.
Ensure the curriculum aligns with the IB MYP framework, objectives and requirements.
Guide and support teachers in understanding and implementing the MYP framework.
Organise regular departmental and curriculum planning meetings.
Monitor the development and implementation of assessment plans.
Promote inquiry-based, concept-driven and student-centred learning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savviness and readiness to apply technology in education are musts for all positions
