We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Production Engineer Trainee to support manufacturing operations, production planning, process improvement, and quality control activities. The candidate will work closely with production supervisors and engineering teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations, optimize production processes, minimize wastage, and maintain safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring daily production activities and manufacturing operations.
Support production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet production targets.
Monitor machine performance, production output, and operational efficiency.
Assist in identifying production bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor raw material consumption, inventory, and material utilization.
Assist in maintaining production reports, operational records, and manufacturing documentation.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Eligibility
Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates interested in manufacturing and production operations are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
Knowledge of engineering drawings, production workflows, and machinery.
