Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled QS & Planning Engineer to handle project estimation, quantity surveying, cost control, project planning, and execution monitoring. The candidate should have positive knowledge of construction activities, BOQ preparation, and project scheduling.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Prepare project cost estimates and budgets.
Analyse drawings and prepare material quantity calculations.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Prepare project schedules and execution plans.
Coordinate with project, site, purchase, and execution teams.
Track project costs and identify cost variations.
Verify contractor bills and measurement sheets.
Prepare rate analysis and evaluate material requirements.




Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and budget.

Skills Required:
Positive knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Project Planning.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera will be an added advantage

Qualification.
Ability to read and understand civil and architectural drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience:
25 years of relevant experience in QS, estimation, and project planning.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in construction, building solutions, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
