Manage in office quantity verification, measurement audits, preparation of project cost estimates,
and thorough scrutiny of all contractor billing.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Check, verify, and certify contractor measurement sheets against physical execution on site.
Scrutinize running account (RA) bills, final bills, and claims submitted by contractors.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, cost forecasts, and material reconciliations (cement, steel).
Manage variation orders, site instructions, and extra-item rate analysis according to contracts.
Coordinate closely with project execution engineers to validate joint measurement records (JMR).
