Job Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day liquid manufacturing activities as per approved BMR and SOPs.
Handling liquid manufacturing operations, including syrup, suspension and oral liquid preparations.
Ensure proper dispensing, mixing, blending and manufacturing processes.
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment such as mixing vessels, storage tanks and homogenizers.
Maintain manufacturing records, logbooks and equipment usage records.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with QA, QC and Engineering departments for smooth production activities.
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of manufacturing equipment and area.
Monitor yield, process parameters and production timelines.
Follow all safety and hygiene practices during manufacturing operations.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Liquid Manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of GMP, SOPs and BMR documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and production activities.

Job Responsibilities
Preparation, review and maintenance of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
Preparation and maintenance of Batch Packing Records (BPR), wherever applicable.
Maintain production-related documents, logbooks and registers.
Ensure timely completion and review of manufacturing documents.
Maintain SOPs, formats and other GMP-related documents.
Review batch records for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with QA for document review and batch record closure.
Maintain documentation related to cleaning, line clearance and equipment usage.
Ensure GDP (Good Documentation Practices) compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of production records.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of GMP and GDP.
Experience in BMR/BPR documentation.
Knowledge of SOP preparation and revision.
Positive documentation and record-maintenance skills.
Knowledge of cGMP compliance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
