Configure time processing profiles and approval workflows.
Manage absence types, accrual plans, and absence certifications.
Configure absence approval rules and eligibility criteria.
Work on HCM Extracts, Quick Formulas, and HDL.
Integrate OTL with Oracle Payroll.
Handle functional testing, UAT, and production support.
Gather business requirements and prepare functional documentation.
