In this role, you will be responsible for driving property sales, generating high-quality leads, and building solid relationships with prospective real estate buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the sales and marketing of real estate properties to meet and exceed targets.
Leverage deep knowledge of the local property market to guide and advise clients.
Generate leads, conduct site visits, and negotiate deals with potential buyers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
Coordinate with the internal team to execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
Market Knowledge: Robust understanding of the real estate market
Skills: Strong communication, sales negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
