Key Responsibilities
Stock &
Inventory Management

: Monitor stock levels, track product movement, prevent stockouts or overstock, and manage product rotations/expiry dates.
Displays &
Layouts

: Create visually appealing product displays, set up shelves or racks according to planograms, and implement promotional signage.
Sales Analysis: Track sales data, review customer trends, evaluate bestsellers, and adjust pricing or markdown strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with buyers, suppliers, warehouse/logistics teams, and store managers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate stock allocation.
Store Visits: Conduct regular in office or virtual audits to verify that retail displays comply with brand guidelines.
Physical &
Travel Flexibility

: Ability to stand or build displays for extended periods, plus the flexibility to travel to multiple store locations. If Required

Requirements &
Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field or diploma/GED for entry-level field roles.




Experience: Experience in retail, inventory management, or merchandising is preferred.
1 to 3 years experience (Preferred)
Freshers can also apply.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of measurements and AutoCAD tools and basic system Knowledge
Analytical Skills: Basic knowledge of sales analysis, stock tracking, and inventory management, Ability to interpret sales figures, forecast demand, and manage budgets or pricing strategies
Communication &
Organization

: Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate with vendors and coordinate with Co-workers.
Organization: Ability to manage stock records, sales reports, and multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
