About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to own the overall growth of our NetSuite practice. Based in India and reporting directly to the Global Oracle & NetSuite BU Leader, you will be accountable for practice revenue, headcount and market presence. You will drive growth and go-to-market, build our people and capabilities, and launch current AI-

led NetSuite offerings.

Key responsibilities

Growth and go-to-market
Own the practice growth agenda and targets for revenue, headcount and market presence.
Drive GTM in collaboration with the GTM leader, aligned with the latest Oracle NetSuite GTM priorities, segments

and programs.
Shape pursuits, solutioning and deal strategy with sales; grow existing accounts and win new logos.
Help Strengthen the Oracle NetSuite alliance to build a joint pipeline and raise the practice's market profile.

AI-led offerings
Define and launch new AI-led NetSuite offerings, accelerators and services, including NetSuite's native AI

capabilities.
Take offerings from concept to market, with explicit packaging, pricing and proof points.

People and capability development
Hire, develop and retain functional consultants,



developers and solution architects to meet growth targets.
Build the leadership bench, certification roadmap and AI skills that keep the practice ahead of the market.

What you bring
10+ years in NetSuite, including 5+ years leading a practice across presales and delivery.
Experience leading practice size of 10M +
Proven record of growing a practice: revenue, margin, headcount and new logos.
Hands-on pre-sales and solutioning across NetSuite modules (financials, OneWorld, SuiteCommerce, SuiteCloud,

integrations).
Experience serving global clients (US, UK, ANZ) from an offshore delivery model.
Established relationships within the Oracle NetSuite partner ecosystem.
Strong commercial acumen, executive presence and stakeholder management.
NetSuite certifications preferred; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

How success is measured Practice revenue and margin growth, current logos and account expansion, win rate on supported pursuits, team growth and utilisation, client satisfaction, and Oracle NetSuite partner standing.
