Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform zinc, nickel, and silver plating operations.
Prepare components through cleaning, degreasing, and surface treatment.
Operate plating tanks and monitor chemical bath conditions.
Maintain plating parameters such as temperature, voltage, and plating time.
Perform loading and unloading of components on plating racks.
Check plating thickness, coating quality, and surface finish.
Identify defects such as peeling, stains, burning, and uneven coating.
Maintain chemical handling safety and PPE requirements.
Maintain plating process records and follow 5S practices.
Ensure plating quality as per customer specifications.
