Manage plant-level accounting, finance, and controlling activities.
Handle product costing, inventory valuation, raw material costing, and cost analysis.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L;, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Monitor manufacturing costs, including material, labour, and overheads.
Manage month-end closing, internal controls, and statutory/internal audits.
Work with plant management to improve cost efficiency and financial performance.

Preferred Skills: SAP ERP, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, Product Costing, MIS Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis.

Willing to work in plant.

Preferred candidate profile
CA / ICWA qualified qualified.
8+ years of experience in Plant Finance / Manufacturing Finance & Controlling.
Strong experience in Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS and Financial Reporting.
Hands-on experience in Inventory Accounting, Variance Analysis and Internal Controls.
Experience in SAP/ERP setting preferred.
Robust analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Candidates from manufacturing/industrial companies preferred.
