Conduct visual inspection and identify defects in gear components.
Maintain daily inspection reports and quality records.
Identify and segregate OK and Rejected components.
Report quality issues and deviations to the Quality Engineer / Quality Supervisor.
Ensure proper identification and traceability of inspected components.
Support rejection control, defect analysis and continuous improvement activities.
Follow 5S, safety guidelines and quality procedures on the shop floor.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
