Job Responsibilities:
Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on sales orders and demand forecasts.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase and QA teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Monitor raw material, packaging material and finished goods availability against production plans.
Ensure optimal utilisation of production capacity and resources.
Monitor production plan versus actual output and identify deviations.
Update and maintain production planning data in SAP.
Generate SAP reports related to production orders, material consumption and stock availability.
Coordinate with Stores to ensure RM/PM availability and avoid production delays.
Monitor finished goods stock and coordinate production requirements based on demand.
Maintain daily production planning MIS and reports.
Preferred candidate profile
SAP knowledge is mandatory.
Must have Exp., in Food/ FMCG/ Dairy industry
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and production planning MIS.
Understanding of RM, PM, WIP and FG inventory management.
1 to 3 years of experience in Production Planning / PPC, preferably in the dairy, food processing or FMCG industry.
