Bematic Architectural Studio is a design studio in Thrissur that creates premium home interiors, parametric wooden art, and switchable smart glass solutions. We work closely with architects, builders, and engineers across Kerala to bring high-end design into their projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken person to build connections with architects, builders, and engineers over the phone. You will call specialists from a contact list we provide, introduce our studio and products, and book meetings for our team. You will also handle the front desk and occasional studio visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Call architects, builders, and engineers from the database provided by the company
Introduce Bematic Architectural Studio and our products clearly and professionally
Schedule appointments and meetings for our team
Follow up on calls and keep track of interested contacts
Maintain a daily record of calls, responses, and appointments booked
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and email enquiries




Receive studio visitors and coordinate with the team when needed

Requirements
Any degree
Positive communication skills in both Malayalam and English
Confident and polite phone manner with professionals and premium clients
Responsible, self-driven, and able to work toward daily calling targets
Basic computer skills (Excel or Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp)

Preferred
Any experience in tele-calling, customer support, or client relations is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided.
Candidates living in or near Mundur / Thrissur
