Track output against daily and weekly production targets.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations such as FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and export quality norms.
Oversee routine checks and preventive maintenance of spice grinders, pulverizers, roasting drums, sieves, and packing machines.
Coordinate with the maintenance team quickly to minimize equipment downtime
