Job Title: Front Office Manager

We are a premium activity centre with Multiple Branches, looking for a confident, organised, and customer-friendly Front Desk Admission Manager to own admissions and lead conversion at our Besant Nagar centre. This is a high-ownership role - you will be the first point of contact for every customer who walks in or calls.

Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in inquiries and convert them to enrollments
Make outbound calls to leads and follow-ups generated
Manage admission records, fee follow-up, and documentation
Coordinate daily schedules
Build and maintain robust customer relationships
Support WhatsApp communication for all programmes at the centre

Candidate Profile:
Fluent in Tamil and English
1–3 years experience in front desk, admissions, telecalling, or administration
Confident on phone comfortable making and receiving high volumes of calls
Warm, skilled, and parent-facing personality
Organised and ownership-driven does not need constant supervision
