Key Responsibilities
Manage overall restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen coordination.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff.
Monitor daily sales, revenue, food costs, and operational expenses.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Manage inventory, stock control, wastage, and vendor coordination.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift scheduling.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with the kitchen, service, and management teams.
Drive business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with management.

Required Skills & Competencies
Solid leadership and team management skills.




Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations and F&B; service.
Understanding of food costing, inventory, and budget control.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Customer-focused approach with solid operational discipline.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.

Qualification
Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
Relevant restaurant or hospitality operations experience.

Preferred Experience
Experience managing high-volume restaurants, cafés, or multi-outlet F&B; operations.
Ability to independently manage daily restaurant operations and lead a large team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
