Job Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
Present menus and explain food and beverage options to customers.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged before and after service.
Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints politely.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
Follow café service standards and operational procedures.

Requirements




Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality industry is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly personality with a customer-first approach.
Well-groomed and presentable.
Ability to work in a team and manage busy hours.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of food service and table etiquette.
